At Stolberg we are constantly changing our tap beers with the latest international and national beers! Here is a list of our current selection… |
|
White Rabbit Dark Ale
An intriguing dark ale that moves to it's own beat, our minds set about creating a beer that contradicted itself. Rich dark and flavoursome but at the same time ever refreshing, malt driven but with the aromatic lift of generous doses of hops.

Carlton Draught
Carlton Draught is one of the nation's biggest selling tap beers, taking out 'Best Tap Beer' at the Australian Liquor Industry Awards (ALIA) 2003. Being a traditional, full-strength lager, Carlton Draught is crisp on the mid-palate with a good malt character and smooth full-bodied flavour. Clean hop bitterness gives the brew a slightly dry finish. Synonymous with the origins of the Carlton Brewery itself, Carlton Draught is renowned for tasting as fresh as it did the day it was brewed. And it's that kind of consistency in taste that's been important to Australians for generations.

James Squire Pilsener
James Squire Pilsener is brewed using only Pale and
Munich malts, imported Saaz hops and a special yeast. The result is an
authentic brew with a remarkably creamy head on a sparkling golden
brilliance. It’s ideal with our fish and chips.

 |
James Squire Golden Ale
James Squire Golden Ale's rich orange-amber colour comes from toasted grains of wheat and barley, while new season Amarillo hops create a tropical fruit aroma with restrained bitterness. Mild carbonation and a dry finish make this an ideal thirst-slaking beer.

Boag’s Classic Blonde is the low carbohydrate offering from Boag’s. Specifically brewed to reduce the carbohydrate content of the beer, Boag’s Classic Blonde offers drinkers a full strength blonde lager at 4.5% alcohol that is less bitter than regular beers.

Hoegaarden
Hoegaarden is totally different - by nature. Hoegaarden is the authentic Belgian wheat or white beer. It has a unique and extremely complex brewing process whereby the beer is first top fermented and then is refermented within the keg - ending up in a unique cloudy-white appearance. The brand's unique appearance is mirrored by its one-of-a-kind taste - sweet and sour beer with a little bitterness, slightly spicy, with a strong touch of coriander and a hint of orange, perfect for warm summer days. Refreshing, a little quirky, and decidedly different - naturally. 5%

Victoria Bitter
Australia’s favourite full strength beer, Victoria Bitter or VB as it’s fondly known, has a tradition of rewarding hard work and hard play, dating back to the 1890s. VB is a full flavoured brew, less malty in character and slightly darker than CUB’s traditional lagers. A gentle fruitiness in the aroma complements the sweet malt on the mid-palate balancing perfectly with a robust, hop bitterness. 4.9%

Tooheys Extra Dry
Toohey's Extra Dry is a smooth, pale golden ale which has an uncommonly resilient head for a dry beer. The smooth and mild body has subtle malt and fruity notes that gives way to a clean finish.

Heineken
Heineken - the quintessential lager with a unique fruity character and mild bitterness. The brew perfected by Gerard Heineken back in 1873 and Heineken is still made in exactly the same way today… the finest barley, water and hops are combined with the secret Heineken A-yeast and revolutionary brewing technology to create the distinctive taste of Heineken.
